Summary:The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode where a light emitting material layer located between two electrodes comprises: a first compound in which an electron donor moiety and an electron acceptor moiety are linked by a carbon-carbon bond; and a second compound in which boron and nitrogen form a condensed ring. The present invention also relates to an organic light-emitting device including the organic light-emitting diode. The first compound and the second compound may be included within the same light-emitting material layer or in an adjacent light-emitting material layer. By applying a light-emitting material layer comprising a first compound in which an electron donor moiety and an electron acceptor moiety are connected by a carbon-carbon bond having a high binding energy, and a second compound whose energy level is adjusted compared to the first compound, the driving voltage of the organic light-emitting diode can be lowered and the luminous efficiency and luminous lifespan can be improved. 본 발명은 2개의 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광물질층이 전자주개 모이어티와 전자받개 모이어티가 탄소-탄소 결합으로 연결된 제 1 화합물 및 보론과 질소가 축합환을 형성하는 제 2 화합물을 포함하는 유기발광다이오드와, 상기 유기발광다이오드를 포함하는 유기발광장치에 관한 것이다. 제 1 화합물과 제 2 화합물은 동일한 발광물질층 내에 또는 인접한 발광물질층에 포함될 수 있다. 전자주개 모이어티와 전자받개 모이어티가 높은 결합 에너지를 갖는 탄소-탄소 결합으로 연결된 제 1 화합물과, 제 1 화합물과 비교해서 에너지 준위가 조절된 제 2 화합물을 포함하는 발광물질층을 적용하여, 유기발광다이오드의 구동 전압을 낮추고 발광 효율 및 발광 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다.
