The present invention relates to a thermal deformation prevention device capable of preventing distortion and absorbing deformation caused by thermal expansion and, more specifically, to a thermal deformation prevention device capable of preventing distortion and deformation of a formed product, which are caused by thermal expansion of an assembly tool and the like in a process of bonding a skirt and a pressure vessel by using a damping unit installed on one side of a jig unit fixing the skirt. The thermal deformation prevention device includes: the jig unit fixing the skirt in a bonding process of attaching the cylindrical skirt to one end or the other end of the pressure vessel, wherein the jig unit can absorb the deformation caused by the thermal expansion and prevent the distortion of the skirt or the pressure vessel, which is caused by temperature rising in the bonding process; and a damping unit installed in the jig unit. 본 발명은 틀어짐 방지 및 열팽창에 의한 변형을 흡수할 수 있는 열변형 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 스커트를 고정하는 지그부의 일측에 마련된 댐핑부를 통해 압력용기와 스커트 접착공정에서 조립 치구 등의 열팽창에 의한 성형품의 틀어짐 내지 변형을 방지할 수 있는 열변형 방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 압력용기 일단 또는 타단에 원통 형상의 스커트를 부착하는 접착공정에서 상기 스커트를 고정하되, 상기 접착공정에서의 온도 상승에 의해 발생하는 압력용기 또는 스커트의 틀어짐 방지 및 열팽창에 의한 변형을 흡수할 수 있는 것으로서, 상기 스커트를 고정하는 지그부와; 상기 지그부에 설치되는 댐핑부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
