Summary: | The present invention relates to a derailing prevention structure for a railway cargo vehicle, and more specifically, to a derailing prevention structure for a railway cargo vehicle, wherein the under frame of a cargo railway is constructed in a double structure with a first under frame which is installed at the upper portion of a trolley and a second under frame which is provided at the upper portion of the first under frame. A roller or a bearing is provided between the first under frame and the second under frame. During the driving of a curved section, the first under frame is inclined along the rail which is installed in an inclined manner. The second under frame is moved in a radial inner direction of the curved section by the roller or the bearing. The centrifugal force according to the driving of the curved section and the gravity applied as the second under frame is moved to the inside are mutually complemented to maintain the center of gravity, thereby preventing the cargo railway from derailing. According to the derailing prevention structure for a railway cargo vehicle of the present invention, the under frame of the railway cargo vehicle is constructed in a double structure with the first under frame installed at the upper portion of the trolley and the second under frame provided at the upper portion of the first under frame. The roller or the bearing is provided between the first under frame and the second under frame.
본 발명은 화물 철도차량용 탈선방지 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 화물철도의 언더프레임을 대차의 상부에 설치되는 제1언더프레임과 제1언더프레임의 상부에 구비되는 제2언더프레임으로 이중 구성하고, 제1언더프레임과 제2언더프레임 사이에 롤러 또는 베어링을 구비하여, 곡선구간 주행 시 제1언더프레임은 경사지게 설치되는 레일을 따라 경사를 갖게 되고, 제2언더프레임은 롤러 또는 베어링에 의해 곡선구간 반경 내측 방향으로 이동하게 되어 곡선구간 주행에 따른 원심력과 제2언더프레임이 내측으로 이동하며 작용하는 중력이 서로 보완되어 무게중심을 유지할 수 있도록 함으로써 화물철도의 탈선을 방지할 수 있는 화물 철도차량용 탈선방지 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 화물 철도차량용 탈선방지 구조에 있어서, 화물 철도차량의 언더프레임은 대차의 상부에 설치되는 제1언더프레임과 제1언더프레임의 상부에 구비되는 제2언더프레임으로 이중 구성되고, 상기 제1언더프레임과 제2언더프레임 사이에 롤러 또는 베어링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
