By using the SNP marker set, a composition using the same, a kit, and a method for identifying native chicken purebred population, according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly and accurately identify native chickens and distinguish between native chickens and hybrids. 본 발명은 적갈색 재래종토종닭 (Jeokgalsaek Jaerae-jong) 집단을 선별할 수 있는 단일염기다형성(SNP) 마커 세트 및 이를 이용한 적갈색 재래종토종닭 집단 식별 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 SNP 마커 세트 및 이를 이용한 조성물, 키트 및 토종닭 순계 집단 식별 방법을 이용하여 신속하고 정확하게 토종닭 판별이 가능하며, 토종닭과 교잡종을 판별할 수 있다.
