According to an embodiment of the present invention, a relay diagnosis device relates to a device for diagnosing a main relay which controls the connection between a battery pack and a load, and may comprise: a resistance dividing circuit which is connected between the load and a first main relay connected to a cathode terminal of the battery pack, and between one end and the other end of a second main relay connected to an anode terminal of the battery pack, and includes multiple resistors; and a diagnosis module connected to the resistance dividing circuit and a voltage source to output a relay diagnosis voltage used for diagnosing the first main relay and the second main relay. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 릴레이 진단 장치는, 배터리 팩과 부하의 연결을 제어하는 메인 릴레이를 진단하는 장치로서, 상기 배터리 팩의 양극 단자와 연결되는 제1 메인 릴레이와 상기 부하 사이, 및 상기 배터리 팩의 음극 단자와 연결되는 제2 메인 릴레이의 일단 및 타단 사이에 연결되며, 복수의 저항을 포함하는 저항분해 회로; 및 상기 저항분해 회로 및 전압 소스와 연결되어, 상기 제1 메인 릴레이 및 상기 제2 메인 릴레이의 진단에 사용되는 릴레이 진단 전압을 출력하는 진단 모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
