The present invention relates to a sound absorptive panel which is installed on the inside and outside of a building, a ship, and a plant, and more specifically, to a sound absorptive panel which forms an interval at the upper and lower portions of a plate material to facilitate ease in plate vibration of a punched plate, thereby reducing noise caused by plate vibration. To this end, provided is the panel vibration type sound absorptive panel, which comprises: a plate member (110) which has a plurality of punched holes (112) to dissipate incident noise; a fastening hole (120) which is formed to be spaced apart at a predetermined interval along the outer edge of the plate member (110); a pillar member (130) which is inserted into the fastening hole; and a fastening member (140) which is inserted into the pillar member (130), is individually arranged at upper and lower portions of the plate member (110), and is spaced apart at a predetermined interval to form an interval space (H1) such that the plate member (110) may be moved. 본 발명은 건축물, 조선, 플랜트 내외부에 설치되는 흠픔판넬에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 판재의 상하부에 이격공간을 형성하여 타공판의 판진동을 용이하게하여 판진동으로 인한 소음을 저감시키는 흡음판넬에 관한 것이다. 복수개의 타공(112)이 형성되어 입사하는 소음을 소산시키는 판부재(110); 상기 판부재(110)의 외곽의 가장자리를 따라 소정의 간격으로 이격되며 형성되는 체결공(120); 상기 체결공에 관통 삽입되는 기둥부재(130); 및 상기 기둥부재(130)에 삽입 체결되며, 상기 판부재(110)의 상하부에 각각 배치되되, 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 상기 판부재(110)가 유동되도록 이격공간(H1)을 형성하는 체결부재(140);를 포함하는 판진동형 흡음판넬을 제공할 수 있다.
