Summary: | The present invention relates to a mold device for oxygen-substituted die casting, which comprises: a fixing die having a cavity in which molten metal provided from the outside is filled, and a runner and a gate provided to guide the molten metal to the cavity; a moving die which can be moved forwards and backwards with respect to the fixing die, and comes in contact with the fixing die in case of injection to seal the cavity; and a sleeve which induces oxygen and molten metal between the fixing die and the moving die which come in contact with each other. The gate has a turbulence inducing unit which allows the molten metal, introduced into the cavity through the runner, to pass, while changing the flow of the molten metal into the flow of turbulence. According to the mold device for oxygen-substituted die casting of the present invention, when molten metal is injected, the turbulent flow of the molten metal may be induced while the streamline of the molten metal may be separated in plural, in order to increase the contact area and the contact time with oxygen. Therefore, reactivity between molten metal and oxygen may be increased, thereby preventing bubble defects.
본 발명은 산소치환 다이캐스팅용 금형장치에 관한 것이다. 이는, 외부로부터 제공된 용탕이 채워지는 캐비티, 용탕을 캐비티로 안내하는 러너 및 게이트가 형성되어 있는 고정다이와; 고정다이에 대해 진퇴 가능하며, 사출 시 고정다이에 밀착하여 캐비티를 밀폐시키는 이동다이와; 밀착하고 있는 고정다이와 이동다이의 사이에, 산소와 용탕을 유도하는 슬리브를 구비하며, 상기 게이트에는; 러너를 거쳐 캐비티로 유입하는 용탕을 통과시키며 용탕의 흐름을 난류의 흐름으로 변화시키는 난류유도부가 구비된다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 산소치환 다이캐스팅용 금형장치는, 용탕 주입 시, 용탕의 난류성 흐름을 유도함과 아울러 용탕의 스트림라인을 다수로 분리하여, 산소와의 접촉면적 및 접촉시간을 증가시킴으로써, 용탕과 산소와의 반응성을 향상시켜 기포결함을 야기하지 않는다. |
