A mixing device according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a cylindrical drum (10); a spiral diaphragm (20) made of a strip-shaped metal plate installed upright on the inner peripheral surface of the drum (10), and installed upright to form a spiral extending from the inlet to the outlet of the drum (10); and a pocket diaphragm (31) crossing between two points of the spiral diaphragm (20) at the outlet of the drum (10) and crossing in the axial direction of the drum (10), wherein the pocket diaphragm (31) is installed upright at a height greater than the outer diameter of a head of cabbage. 본 발명의 일 양상에 따른 버무림 장치는, 원통 모양의 드럼(10); 상기 드럼(10)의 내주면에 입설되는 띠모양의 금속판재로 구성되되, 상기 드럼(10)의 입구로부터 출구까지 이어지는 나선이 되도록 입설되는 나선형 격막(20); 상기 드럼(10)의 출구에서 상기 나선형 격막(20)의 두 지점 사이를 가로지르되, 상기 드럼(10)의 축방향으로 가로지르는 포켓용 격막(31);을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 포켓용 격막(31)은 배추 한포기의 외경보다 큰 높이로 입설되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
