Summary:The present invention disclosed is a soundproof fireproof steel box, which is comprised by providing a steel box body in which a straight steel pipe is attached to a hole regularly formed on the side or back of a box made of non-combustible steel, which is terminated by inserting a PVC bushing into the hole, which combines a PVC cap in the form of a screw to form a steel connector with reinforced soundproof fireproof performance, and which is constructed by gluing a vibration damping sheet to diminish sound wave vibrations; as a basis, and which forms a wing-shaped soundproof fireproof steel plate on the steel box body to airtightly close the gap on the bottom of the board around the steel box body installed on a lightweight board wall; an insert-fixed steel box cover which is inserted into the opening of the steel box body, bending the edges so that no gap is formed, and forming an opening and a screw hole for fixing the wiring device in the central part to be connected to the steel box body by screw fixing, etc., wherein the above two are formed as one unit and combined with the steel box body to enhance sound insulation and fire prevention performance. In addition, the soundproof fireproof steel plate and the insert-fixed steel box cover may be formed separately and combined with the steel box body, or only one of the two can be partially combined with the steel box body to form a system with enhanced sound insulation and fire prevention performance. Accordingly, civil complaints caused by noise are prevented and safety against fire is improved by significantly improving the sound insulation and fire prevention performance of boxes used in lightweight walls, the effect of improving aesthetics and improving quality may be achieved by purchasing boxes, and construction costs may be reduced as the manufacturing and installation costs of the box are reduced. 본 발명에서는 불연성의 철재로 제작한 박스의 측면 또는 배면에 일정하게 형성한 홀에 철제직관을 부착하고, 홀에 PVC부싱을 끼워 단말처리하고, 나사형태로 PVC캡을 결합하여 차음방화성능이 보강된 철제커넥터를 형성하고, 음파진동을 감쇄시키는 제진시트를 접착하여 구성한 철제박스본체;를 기본으로 제공하여 구성하고, 보드경량벽체에 설치하는 철제박스본체주위의 보드바닥면의 틈새를 기밀하게 막을 수 있게 철제박스본체에 날개형상 차음방화철제판막이;를 형성하고, 철제박스본체의 개구부에 삽입하여 틈새가 형성되지 않도록 테두리 부분을 절곡하고 중앙부위는 배선기구를 고정 개구부와 나사공을 형성하여 나사고정 등으로 상기 철제박스본체와 결합하는 삽입고정형철제박스커버;를 형성하고, 상기 둘을 일체로 형성하여 철제박스본체와 결합하여 차음방화성능을 강화한 차음방화철제박스가 개시된다. 또, 상기 차음방화철제판막이와 삽입고정형철제박스커버를 분리형으로 형성하여 각각 철제박스본체와 결합하거나, 상기 둘 중의 하나만 부분적으로 철제박스본체와 결합하여 차음방화성능을 강화한 차음방화철제박스를 구성할 수 있다. 이에 따라 경량벽체에 사용하는 박스의 차음방화성능을 현저히 개선하여 소음에 의한 민원을 예방하고 화재에 대한 안전성을 증진하고, 박스매입으로 미관이 향상되고 품질을 향상시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 박스의 제작비용과 설치비용이 감소하여 건설원가를 절감할 수 있게 된다.
