The present invention relates to an integrated heating and hot water piping apparatus. The integrated heating and hot water piping apparatus of the present invention comprises: a heat source supply pipe through which an externally supplied heat source flows; a heating supply pipe connected to the heat source supply pipe and through which a portion of the heat source flows for heating of the interior; a return pipe provided to return the heat source used to heat the interior; and a heat exchanger provided to be connected to the return pipe. The used heat source flows through the heat exchanger before being discharged to the exterior. The heat exchanger recovers a waste heat from the used heat source and preheats a temperature of the heat exchanger to a used heat source temperature range. 본 발명은 난방온수 통합 배관장치에 관한 것으로, 외부에서 공급되는 열원이 유동되는 열원공급배관; 상기 열원공급배관과 연결되며, 실내의 난방을 위해 상기 열원의 일부가 유동되는 난방공급배관; 상기 실내의 난방을 위해 사용된 열원을 환수하도록 구비되는 환수배관; 및 상기 환수배관과 연결되도록 구비되는 열교환기를 포함하며, 상기 사용된 열원은 외부로 배출되기 전 상기 열교환기를 유동하고, 상기 열교환기는 상기 사용된 열원의 폐열을 회수하여 상기 열교환기의 온도가 사용된 열원 온도 범위로 예열된다.
