The standard test piece for measuring defects in a civil engineering and building structure comprises: a calibration plate (100) on which a plurality of uniform grooves (110) having various shapes and width units are formed; a heat conduction plate (200) installed below the calibration plate (100) to absorb and transmit heat or cold air; and a heat exchange unit (300) installed below the heat conduction plate (200) to supply hot or cold air to the heat conduction plate (200). 본 발명은 토목·건축 구조물의 결함 측정을 위한 표준시험편 및 이를 이용한 균열 검사방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 토목·건축 구조물의 결함 측정을 위해 현장에서 사용되는 각종 장비나 결함을 교정하는데 기준이 되는 토목·건축 구조물의 결함 측정을 위한 표준시험편 및 이를 이용한 균열 검사방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 토목·건축 구조물의 결함 측정을 위한 표준시험편은 다양한 모양 및 폭 단위를 갖는 다수의 균일홈(110)이 형성되는 캘리브레이션 플레이트(100); 상기 캘리브레이션 플레이트(100)의 하부에 설치되어 열기 또는 냉기를 흡수하여 전달하는 열전도판(200); 및 상기 열전도판(200)의 하부에 설치되어 상기 열전도판(200)에 열기 또는 냉기를 공급하는 열교환부(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
