The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer, and a composition for enhancing immunity, containing a mixed extract of Rhus verniciflua, Angelica gigas, and Morus alba as an active component. The mixed extract of Rhus verniciflua, Angelica gigas, and Morus alba according to the present invention has an excellent anticancer effect that specifically inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells and inhibits cancer cell metastasis without affecting the growth of normal cells.
