The present invention relates to a combustion chamber for a water heater, a water heater comprising the same, and a combustion chamber manufacturing method. The combustion chamber for the water heater may comprise: a first portion wherein a first diameter, a diameter of an upper end, is larger than a second diameter which is a diameter of a lower end; a second portion wherein a diameter of an upper end is equal to the second diameter, and a third diameter, a diameter of a lower end, is smaller than the second diameter; and a third portion wherein an upper end is connected to the lower end of the first portion, and a lower end is connected to the upper end of the second portion.
