The present invention is able to provide a floating offshore wind power structure which comprises: a floating body having buoyancy on the sea; and a wind power generation unit fixed on the floating body. The floating body includes: a first column, a second column, and a third column respectively arranged at locations of apexes of a triangle; a plurality of pontoon units arranged in a triangular shape to connect the first column, the second column, and the third column; a fourth column arranged in the center of the triangle and fixing the wind power generation unit; and corner plates respectively arranged near the apexes of the triangle and connecting the pontoon units near the apexes. The corner plates are arranged to be rotated and symmetrical around the center of the triangle.
