Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition for forming a fuel cell electrode and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the composition includes: a catalyst including a carrier and metal particles supported on the carrier; a dispersant; and an ionomer, and the dispersant includes an amine compound. The present invention can improve catalyst dispersibility in the composition by introducing a volatile dispersant.
