The distribution board monitoring device for monitoring an operating state of a distribution board comprises: a state detection unit (131) that detects current or voltage information from an earth leakage management module (12); an information processing unit (132) that processes information transmitted from the state detection unit and converts it into a state capable of wireless transmission; and a transmission management unit (134) that transmits the information processed in the information processing unit (132) to an electronic apparatus (14) by wireless communication.
