The control unit may determine whether an electrical value of the electrode changes and control the operation of the arm massage unit based on a determination result and the operation state of the arm massage unit. 본 개시는 마사지 장치에 관한 것으로써, 상기 마사지 장치는 사용자의 팔을 마사지하는 팔 마사지부와, 상기 팔 마사지부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 팔 마사지부는 수용 공간, 및 상기 수용 공간에 배치되는 전극을 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 전극의 전기값이 변화하는지 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과 및 상기 팔 마사지부의 동작 상태에 기초하여 상기 팔 마사지부의 동작을 제어할 수 있다.
