Summary: | The present invention comprises: a washing step (S10) in which oyster shells are washed by a washing device (100) such that foreign matters are separated from the oyster shells from which oysters are separated; a bacteria removing step (S20) in which the washed oyster shells are immersed in a fermentation tank (300) filled with fermentation water for a period of time such that microorganisms are fermented to remove bacteria remaining in the oyster shells; a drying step (S30) in which the oyster shells, from which bacteria are removed, are dried; a crushing step (S40) in which the dried oyster shells are crushed; a dissolving step (S50) in which the crushed oyster shells are mixed in a solution containing an organic acid having a pH of 2 to 5 and irradiated with ultrasonic waves having a frequency of 30 kHz to 50 kHz to dissolve the shells; a calcium lactate generating step (S60) in which lactic acid is added to the solution in which the oyster shells are dissolved to react the lactic acid with dissolved calcium cations to produce calcium lactate; and a calcium lactate washing step (S70) in which the produced calcium lactate is washed with ethanol. The produced calcium lactate has a good absorption rate in the human body and can be used as a food additive without affecting inherent physical properties of a food.
본 발명의 특징은, 알굴이 분리된 굴패각에서 이물질이 분리되도록 굴패각을 세척장치(100)로 세척하는 세척단계(S10)와, 세척된 굴패각을 발효수가 채워진 발효조(300)에 일정시간동안 침지시켜서 미생물이 발효되어 굴패각에 잔존하는 세균을 제거하는 세균제거단계(S20)와, 세균이 제거된 굴패각을 건조하는 건조단계(S30)와, 건조된 굴패각을 분쇄하는 분쇄단계(S40)와, 분쇄된 굴패각을 pH 2 내지 5인 유기산을 포함하는 용액에 혼합하고, 주파수 30 kHz 내지 50 kHz인 초음파를 조사하여 패각을 용해시키는 용해단계(S50)와, 굴패각이 용해된 용액에 젖산을 투여하여 용해된 칼숨이온과 젖산을 반응시켜서 젖산칼슘을 생성하는 젖산칼슘생성단계(S60)와, 생성된 젖산칼슘을 에탄올로 세척하는 젖산칼슘세척단계(S70)를 포함한다. |
