The present invention relates to a wheeled transport apparatus which comprises: an erected frame, a handle frame, a wheel mounting unit, a binding assembly, and an unbinding instrument. The handle frame is rotatable between a first location and a second location. The wheel mounting unit has a wheel and is rotatable around a standing frame for changing the direction of a wheel shaft. The binding assembly is configured to be bound to rotatable with the wheel mounting unit around the standing frame, and to unbind the wheel mounting unit to be rotatable around the standing frame for changing the direction of the wheel shaft by the wheel mounting unit. The unbinding instrument includes: a first part provided on the standing frame and connected to a binding instrument; and a second part maintained along with the handle frame. The second part exists movably toward the first part and to be farther away from the first part along with the handle frame while the handle frame is rotating between the first location and the second location.
