Summary:Disclosed is a method of mass propagation of Maesa japonica with high quality by using leaf-cutting under a specific condition. According to the method of mass propagation of Maesa japonica with high quality according to the present invention, the method increases a rooting percentage of a leaf-cut Maesa japonica, makes root grow finely, and considerably improves a stable survival rate for a long-term of uprooted seedlings of Maesa japonica, thereby producing Maesa japonica with high quality in a large quantity. In particular, leaf-cutting in the present invention reduces damage of mother trees and is easily collected in a large quantity, thereby effectively using in preserving and mass propagation of Maesa japonica, a rare plant. The Maesa japonica with high quality, according to the present invention is a healthy seedling with fine growing for a long-term, thereby being used in preserving rare plants, an indoor landscape, and a natural product material industry. 본 발명에서는 특정 조건의 엽삽을 이용하여 빌레나무 우량묘의 대량 번식방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 빌레나무 우량묘의 대량 번식방법에 의하면, 빌레나무 엽삽수의 발근율도 증가시키면서 뿌리 신장도 양호하게 하고 더불어 발근된 빌레나무 유묘의 장기간 안정적 생존율을 현저히 증진케 하여 빌레나무 우량묘를 대량으로 생산할 수 있다. 특히 본 발명에서와 같은 엽삽은 모수의 손상을 경감하고 대량으로 쉽게 채취 가능하다는 점에서 희귀식물인 빌레나무의 보존 및 대량 번식에 효율적으로 활용가능하다. 본 발명에 따른 빌레나무 우량묘는 장기간 생육이 양호한 건전묘이므로 희귀식물 보존, 실내 조경, 천연물소재 산업에 활용할 수 있다.
