Summary:The present invention relates to an outdoor optical fiber cable, which comprises one optical fiber and an external sheath layer for covering the optical fiber. The optical fiber includes: a core; a clad layer for covering the core; a first protective layer formed of an acrylate-based material at the outside of the clad layer; a bending buffer layer formed by including at least one of Mg(OH)2, Talc, and CaCO3 at the outside of the first protective layer; and a unit sheath layer formed of a sheath material at the outside of the bending buffer layer. According to a manufacturing method of the outdoor optical fiber cable, optical loss due to bending can be suppressed, thereby alleviating restrictions on outdoor installation and use environments. 본 발명은 하나의 광섬유와, 상기 광섬유를 감싸는 외부 피복층을 구비하는 옥외용 광섬유 케이블에 있어서, 상기 광섬유는 코어와; 상기 코어를 감싸는 클래드층과; 상기 클래드층 외측에 아크릴레이트계 소재로 형성된 제1 보호층과; 상기 제1 보호층 외측에 Mg(OH)2, 탈크(Talc), CaCO3 중 적어도 하나를 포함하여 형성된 굽힘 완충층; 및 상기 굽힘 완충층 외측에 피복재료로 형성된 단위 피복층을 포함하고, 이러한 옥외용 광섬유 케이블 제조방법에 의하면, 굽힘에 의한 광손실을 억제할 수 있어 옥외에서의 포설 및 사용 환경에 대한 제약을 완화시킬 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
