Summary:A real-time monitoring device based on image reconstruction using a drone and a method using the same are disclosed. The real-time monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: sequentially receiving a monitoring image captured in real time through a drone based on wireless communication; performing real-time image registration each time the monitoring image is received to reconstruct the monitoring image received up to now into one real-time precise large-scale image; and providing water resource management information based on the real-time, precise, large-scale image. Therefore, it is possible to perform efficient risk management against floods and heavy rains. 드론을 이용한 이미지 재구성 기반의 실시간 모니터링 장치 및 이를 이용한 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 실시간 모니터링 방법은 무선 통신을 기반으로 드론을 통해 실시간으로 촬영된 모니터링 이미지를 순차적으로 수신하는 단계; 상기 모니터링 이미지가 수신될 때마다 실시간 영상정합을 수행하여 현재까지 수신된 모니터링 이미지를 하나의 실시간 정밀 대형 이미지로 재구성하는 단계; 및 상기 실시간 정밀 대형 이미지를 기반으로 수자원 관리 정보를 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.
