Summary: | The present invention relates to a coating agent capable of manufacturing a conductive thin film to improve the reflexibility of an electrode layer and control a work function. The coating agent can be coated on an electrode layer of a solar cell or a light emitting device in a single process using an ultraviolet curing method, and can easily control a work function while minimizing the decrease in reflexibility of an electrode layer by changing the content of a binder mixture component and a coating agent component.
본 발명은 태양전지 혹은 발광소자의 전극층에 자외선경화 방식의 단일 공정으로 코팅될 수 있고, 바인더혼합물의 성분과 코팅제 성분의 함량을 변경하여 전극층의 반사율 감소를 최소화 시키면서도 일함수를 간단히 제어할 수 있는, 전극층 반사율 향상 및 일함수 제어가 가능한 도전성 박막을 제조할 수 있는 코팅제에 관한 것이다. |
