Summary:The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shielding carbon fiber manufacturing method capable of improving a basic property of carbon fibers by coating nano-metal powder on the carbon fibers; and providing an electromagnetic wave shielding function. Provided is an electromagnetic wave shielding carbon fiber manufacturing method by conductive spray-dipping coating comprising: (a) a step of forming metal coating carbon fibers by spraying the nano-metal powder on the carbon fibers; (b) a step of heat-drying the metal coating carbon fibers; (c) a step of dipping an urethane resin aqueous solution to which metal powder is dispersed in the heat-dried metal coating carbon fibers; and (d) a step of drying the carbon fibers in which an urethane resin film is formed. 본 발명은 탄소섬유에 나노 금속 분말을 코팅하여 탄소섬유의 기본 물성을 향상시키고 전자파 차폐 기능을 부여하는 전자파 차폐 탄소섬유 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「(a) 탄소섬유에 나노 금속 분말을 분사하여 금속 코팅 탄소섬유를 형성시키는 단계; (b) 상기 금속 코팅 탄소섬유를 열 건조시키는 단계; (c) 열 건조된 금속 코팅 탄소섬유에 금속분말이 분산된 우레탄 수지 수용액을 침액(浸液, Dipping)시키는 단계; 및 (d) 우레탄 수지 피막이 형성된 탄소섬유를 건조처리하는 단계; 를 포함하는 전도성 분사-침액 코팅에 의한 전자파 차폐 탄소섬유 제조방법」을 제공한다.
