Accordingly, the lip makeup composition according to the present invention contains an aqueous phase and an oil phase, and the oil phase does not contain a flake resin but contains polyphenyl silsesquioxane and polypropyl silsesquioxane. 본 발명은 립 메이크업 조성물에 대한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 파우더와 다량의 휘발성 성분 또는 플레이트 레진을 함유하지 않아 사용감이 현저하게 개선되면서도 광택감이 함께 개선되는 립 메이크업 조성물에 대한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에 따른 립 메이크 업 조성물은 수상 및 유상을 포함하고, 상기 유상은 플레이크 레진을 포함하지 않고 폴리페닐실세스퀴옥산과 폴리프로필실세스퀴옥산을 포함한다.
