The present invention relates to a fan shroud assembly. The fan shroud assembly of the present invention comprises: a main body including a fan which moves an air, an opening unit through which the air flows opposite the fan, and a motor which drives the fan; and at least one pair of fluid tanks disposed in the main body and allowing a fluid to flow therein. The pair of fluid tanks each includes an inlet part and an outlet part through which the fluid flows in and out. The pair of fluid tanks further includes a core unit which communicates with the pair of fluid tanks and allows the fluid to flow therein to exchange a heat with the air. Accordingly, the fan shroud assembly not only functions to generate air flow but also includes a heat exchange function with the fluid. An objective of the present invention is to provide the fan shroud assembly which has both a blowing function and the heat exchange function. 본 발명은 공기를 유동시키는 팬과 상기 팬에 대향하여 공기가 유동되는 개구부 및 상기 팬을 구동시키는 모터를 포함하는 본체; 및 상기 본체에 배치되어 내부에서 유체가 유동되는 적어도 한 쌍의 유체탱크;를 포함하고, 한 쌍의 상기 유체탱크는 유체가 유입 및 배출되는 입구부와 출구부를 각각 포함하되, 한 쌍의 상기 유체탱크와 연통되어 내부에 유체가 유동하여 상기 공기와 열교환하는 코어부;를 더 포함하여, 공기의 유동을 발생시키는 기능과 더불어 유체와의 열교환 기능도 포함되는 팬 쉬라우드 조립체에 관한 것이다.
