The present invention relates to a motor-type multihinge and, more specifically, to a motor-type multihinge, which is opened by being pushed downward from a body when a door is opened, thereby increasing space utilization. To this end, the motor-type multihinge comprises: a housing installed on the body of a device provided with a door; an arm installed on the door; a motor provided in a lower part of the housing; a first link part provided inside the housing, and including a motor link having one end rotatably connected to the motor, a hold link having one end rotatably connected to the other end of the motor link, and a main link having one end rotatably connected to the other end of the hold link and the other end rotatably connected to the hinge shaft of the arm; and a second link part provided inside the housing, and including a joint link having one end rotatably connected to the lower part of the housing, and rotatably connected to the main link between the end and the other end, and an upper link having one end rotatably connected to the other end of the joint link and the other end rotatably connected to the link shaft of the arm. When the motor is driven, the motor link rotates so that the hold and main links rotate, and rotation of the main link causes the joint link and the upper link to rotate so that the arm rotates while being pushed out from the housing. 본 발명은 모터타입 멀티 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어 오픈 시, 본체로부터 하방향으로 밀려나면서 오픈되어 활용 공간이 커지는 모터타입 멀티 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체에 설치되는 하우징(housing); 상기 도어에 설치되는 암(arm); 상기 하우징 하부에 구비되는 모터; 상기 하우징 내부에 구비되는 것으로, 일단이 상기 모터에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 모터 링크, 일단이 상기 모터 링크의 타단에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 홀드 링크, 및 일단이 상기 홀드 링크의 타단에 회동 가능하게 연결되고 타단이 상기 암의 힌지축에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 메인 링크,를 포함하는 제1 링크부; 및 상기 하우징 내부에 구비되는 것으로, 일단이 상기 하우징 하부에 회동 가능하게 연결되고 상기 일단과 타단 사이에서 상기 메인 링크와 회동 가능하게 연결되는 조인트 링크와, 일단이 상기 조인트 링크의 타단과 회동 가능하게 연결되고 타단이 상기 암의 링크축에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 상부 링크,를 포함하는 제2 링크부;를 포함하고, 상기 모터의 구동 시, 상기 모터 링크가 회동되어 상기 홀드 및 메인 링크가 회동되고, 상기 메인 링크의 회동으로 인해 상기 조인트 및 상부 링크가 회동되어, 상기 암이 상기 하우징으로부터 밀려나면서 회동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
