The present invention relates to a system for matching job seekers with job offerers in the IT field and a method thereof, and more specifically, to a system for matching and a method thereof, which may identify mainly the technology capability, experience and career of a job seeker to be matched with labor force required by the IT project or the IT business of a job offerer. To this end, provided in the present invention is the system for matching job seekers with job offerers in the IT field, which comprises: a job offering terminal which gives a request to a server to provide at least one of the business ability, the skill set, and the level of developers in a code to authenticate the developers and the skill set and level of the developers for executing a project in the IT field; a job seeking terminal which provides to the server by including at least one of the name of the project in which the developer executed the technology of the developer, the participating period and the participating title; and the server which classifies at least one of the business ability, the skill set and the level in a code after evaluating the skills of the developers received by means of the job seeking terminal to provide the same to the job offering terminal. Therefore, the matching success rate may be increased. 본 발명은, IT분야 구인/구직 매칭 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 구직자가 보유한 기술역량과 경험 및 경력을 중점적으로 파악하여 구인자가 진행하는 IT 프로젝트 또는 IT 사업에서 요구하는 인력을 매칭시키는 매칭 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 IT분야의 프로젝트를 진행하기 위한 개발자 및 상기 개발자의 기술셋 및 레벨을 검증하기 위해 상기 개발자들의 실무 능력, 기술셋 또는 레벨 중 적어도 어느 하나를 코드로 제공하도록 서버에 요청하는 구인 단말; 상기 개발자가 보유한 기술을 상기 개발자가 수행한 프로젝트의 명칭, 참여기간 또는 참여 직책 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함시켜 상기 서버로 제공하는 구직 단말; 및 상기 구직 단말을 통해 접수된 개발자들의 기술을 평가하여 상기 실무능력, 기술셋 또는 레벨 중 적어도 어느 하나를 코드로 분류하여 상기 구인 단말로 제공하는 서버를 포함하는 IT분야 구인/구직 매칭 시스템을 제공한다.
