Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bellflower extract, and specifically, to a method for manufacturing a bellflower extract, which can maximize the amount of useful ingredients while preserving useful ingredients intact by appropriately setting an ultrasonic treatment time, a double boiling time, and a double boiling temperature even though an organic solvent extraction method is not used. In addition, a bellflower extract according to the manufacturing method of the present invention has high palatability and contains a significant amount of crude saponin that is a useful ingredient, thereby providing good functionality.
본 발명은 도라지 추출물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 유기용매 추출방법을 사용하지 않음에도, 초음파 처리 시간, 중탕 시간 및 중탕 온도의 적절한 설정을 통해 유용성분을 온전하게 보전하면서도, 유용성분 추출량을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 도라지 추출물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따른 도라지 추출물은 기호성이 높으며, 유용성분인 조사포닌을 상당량 함유하여 기능성이 좋다. |
