The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing the distribution of home appliances, and more specifically, to a system and a method for managing the distribution of home appliances which register products of wholesale and retail traders of home appliances to effectively manage quality of the products and allow a purchaser to select registered products and safely receive the products through the delivery. To this end, the present invention comprises: a company terminal which inputs information of a company operating home appliance wholesale and retail businesses and information of a product the company desires to sell; a customer terminal which is for searching for a desirable product among home appliances input by the company terminal to make a purchase request or for requesting customer services; a main server which receives the product information from the company terminal and, when the customer terminal inputs a desirable product for purchase, determines a product among products inputted from the company terminal to match the desirable product; and a manager terminal which determines whether the product determined by the main server is approved, activates the product ordered by the customer terminal as an order-enable state, checks the product ordered by the customer terminal and delivers the product to an address corresponding to the customer terminal. 본 발명은 가전제품 유통 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가전제품 도소매업을 하는 사업자의 제품을 유통 관리 시스템에 등록하여 제품의 품질을 효과적으로 관리하고, 등록된 제품은 구매자가 선택하도록 하여 안전하게 제품을 배송 받을 수 있도록 한 가전제품 유통 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 가전제품 도소매업을 운영하는 사업자 정보 및 판매하고자 하는 제품 정보를 입력하는 사업자단말기; 사업자단말기에서 입력된 가전제품 중 구매를 원하는 제품을 검색하여 구매 요청 하거나 AS 요청을 위한 고객단말기; 사업자단말기로부터 제품 정보를 입력받고, 구매자단말기에서 구매하고자 하는 제품을 입력할 때 상기 사업자단말기로 부터 입력된 제품 중 구매 제품과 일치하는 제품인지를 결정하는 메인서버; 메인서버에서 결정된 제품 승인 여부를 결정하고, 상기 고객단말기가 주문한 제품을 주문 가능한 상태로 활성화시키며, 상기 고객단말기가 주문한 제품을 확인하여 고객단말기에 해당하는 주소로 제품을 배송하는 관리자단말기;를 포함하는 것을 주된 특징으로 한다.
