A manufacturing process simulation method of the present invention may include: a scanning step in which a scan unit scans a 3D object; a registration step in which a 3D image generated by the scan unit is stored in a database; and a modeling step of generating 3D modeling by combining 3D images stored in the database. 3D modeling is a finished product in which assembly has been completed or a finished product in an intermediate state of assembly, and the 3D image may be a part of the finished product. 본 발명의 제조공정 시뮬레이션 방법은 스캔부에서 3D 오브젝트에 대한 스캔을 수행하는 스캔 단계, 스캔부에 의해 생성된 3D 이미지가 데이터베이스에 저장되는 등록 단계. 데이터베이스에 저장된 3D 이미지를 결합하여 3D 모델링을 생성하는 모델링 단계를 포함할 수 있고, 3D 모델링은 조립이 완료된 완성품 또는 중간 조립 상태의 완성품이고, 상기 3D 이미지는 상기 완성품의 부품일 수 있다.
