Summary:A transformer using leakage inductance, which can satisfy insulation performance, have minimal loss, and remove an external inductor from an existing DAB converter, and a design method therefor are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, provided is a semiconductor transformer, which is a semiconductor transformer including an AC/DC converter and a DC/DC converter, wherein the DC/DC converter comprises: a high-frequency transformer including a core, primary winding and secondary winding; a first bridge circuit connected between the AC/DC converter and the primary winding, and converting direct current voltage into high frequency alternating current; and a second bridge circuit connected between the secondary winding and a first output terminal, and outputting direct current voltage, wherein the secondary winding comprises a secondary upper winding wound on one side of the primary winding and a secondary lower winding wound on the other side of the primary winding. 누설 인덕턴스를 이용한 변압기 및 그 설계방법을 개시한다. 본 개시의 일 측면에 의하면, AC/DC 컨버터 및 DC/DC 컨버터를 포함하는 반도체 변압기에 있어서, 상기 DC/DC 컨버터는, 코어, 1차측 권선 및 2차측 권선을 포함하는 고주파 변압기; AC/DC 컨버터 및 상기 1차측 권선의 사이에 연결되며, 직류 전압을 고주파 교류전류로 변환하는 제1 브릿지 회로; 및 상기 2차측 권선 및 제1 출력단 사이에 연결되며, 직류 전압을 출력하는 제2 브릿지 회로를 포함하고, 상기 2차측 권선은, 상기 1차측 권선의 일측에 권취되는 2차측 상부 권선; 및 상기 1차측 권선의 타측에 권취되는 2차측 하부 권선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반도체 변압기를 제공한다.
