Summary: | A method and device for optimizing production volume based on a predictive production plan for determining production volume are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for optimizing production volume based on a predictive production plan for determining production volume comprises the phases of: 1) selecting a search space comprising the time when production completion time (C_(max)) occurs within the range of a target planning time (t_(target)) according to a production plan; 2) extracting the optimal search space by reducing the selected search range in consideration of the quantity produced by the production; and 3) finding an optimal objective function for Bayesian optimization in the optimal search range.
생산량 결정을 위한 예측적 생산계획 기반 생산량 최적화 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른, 생산량 결정을 위한 예측적 생산계획 기반 생산량 최적화 방법은, 생산 계획에 따른 목표 계획 시간(ttarget)의 범위 내에서, 생산을 완료한 생산 완료 시간(Cmax)이 발생하는 시점을 포함하여 탐색범위(search space)를 선별하는 단계(Phase 1); 상기 선별된 탐색범위를, 상기 생산에 의한 생산량(Quantity)을 고려하여 줄임으로써 최적 탐색범위를 추출하는 단계(Phase 2); 및 상기 최적 탐색범위에서, 베이지안 최적화(Bayesian Optimization)를 위한 최적 목적함수를 찾는 단계(Phase 3)를 포함 할 수 있다. |
