An AC power generation device for a vehicle of the present invention comprises: a crank double pulley connected to a crankshaft of an engine so as to be interlockable when the engine of the vehicle is driven, and having a first belt pulley unit and a second belt pulley unit; a clutch pulley interconnected with the crank double pulley by a drive belt; a tension control unit which adjusts the tension of the drive belt connected to the crank double pulley and the clutch pulley and simultaneously transmits the rotational force of the clutch pulley to a rotational force transmission unit; a rotational force transmission unit which rotates in accordance with a rotation of the rotation shaft coupled to the clutch pulley and transmits the rotational force to an AC power generation unit; and an AC power generation unit connected to the rotational force transmission unit and producing AC power by driving according to rotation of the rotational force transmission unit. Accordingly, the present invention increases the efficiency of power production. 본 발명의 차량용 AC 전원 발전 장치는 차량의 엔진 구동 시 연동 가능하게 엔진의 크랭크축에 연결되되, 제1 벨트 풀리부와 제2 벨트 풀리부를 구비하는 크랭크 더블풀리; 상기 크랭크 더블풀리와 연동 가능하게 구동 벨트에 의해 상호 연결되는 클러치 풀리; 상기 크랭크 더블풀리와 클러치 풀리에 연결된 구동 벨트의 장력을 조절함과 동시에 클러치 풀리의 회전력을 회전력 전달부에 전달하는 장력 조절부; 상기 클러치 풀리에 결합된 회전축의 회전에 따라 함께 회전 운동을 하여 그 회전력을 AC 발전부에 전달하는 회전력 전달부; 및 상기 회전력 전달부에 연결되어 상기 회전력 전달부의 회전에 따라 구동함으로써 AC 전원을 생산하는 AC 발전부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
