The window opening and closing device includes a case, a motor, a worm, worm wheel, a worm wheel shaft, and a driving roller. 본 발명은 자동으로 창문을 개폐할 수 있는 창문개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 창문에 개폐장치를 설치하여 리모컨이나 버튼의 동작에 의해 자동으로 창문을 개방하거나 닫을 수 있어서, 특정 시간에 환기를 하거나 외부에서 홈버스시스템(home bus system)을 이용해 창문의 개폐를 제어할 수 있도록 한 창문개폐장치이다.
