Summary: | The present invention relates to a catalyst composite comprising a core-shell structure on a surface of iron-ceria support wherein the shell is composed of iron-ceria support and the core is composed of a metal cluster encapsulated inside the shell, and to a catalyst composition containing the same and a method for selectively producing carbon monoxide using the same. When using the catalyst composite of the present invention, improved surface-reducing ability, surface oxygen mobility, surface lattice oxygen vacancy, hydrogen spillover ability, and high gas permeability of the shell are exhibited. In particular, the catalyst composite has high durability against high temperatures and hydrothermal and reducing atmospheres even in long-term and repetitive reactions of more than 150 hours at the reaction site, showing high reaction activity and product selectivity. For example, but not necessarily limited thereto, the catalyst composition containing the catalyst complex of the present invention can be usefully used in a selective carbon monoxide production method because it exhibits high carbon monoxide selectivity and carbon dioxide conversion rate in the reverse water gas shift reaction.
본 발명은 철-세리아 지지체 표면상 코어-쉘 구조를 포함하는 촉매 복합체로서, 상기 쉘은 철-세리아 지지체로 구성되고, 상기 코어는 상기 쉘 내부에 캡슐화(encapsulation)된 금속 클러스터(metal cluster)로 구성되는 것인, 촉매 복합체, 이를 포함하는 촉매조성물 및 이를 이용한 선택적 일산화탄소 생성방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 촉매 복합체를 이용하는 경우, 향상된 표면 환원능, 표면 산소 이동도, 표면 격자산소의 빈자리 및 수소 스필오버 능력과 쉘의 높은 가스 투과성를 나타내고, 특히 반응자리에서 150시간 이상의 장기간 및 반복적인 반응에서도 고온, 수열 및 환원분위기에 대한 높은 내구성을 가져, 높은 반응 활성 및 생성물 선택도를 나타내며, 예를 들어, 그러나 이에 반드시 제한되는 것은 아닌, 역수성 가스 전환 반응에서 높은 일산화탄소 선택도 및 이산화탄소 전환율을 나타내므로, 본 발명의 촉매 복합체를 포함하는 촉매조성물은 선택적 일산화탄소 생성방법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. |
