Provided is a mixer. According to one embodiment, as the mixer placed in a distribution path of an exhaust gas and a urea water, the mixer of the present invention comprises: a blocking plate which distributes the exhaust gas and the urea water flowing into the front surface to rear surface side through semicircular mixing holes; and mixing caps formed on a rear surface side of the blocking plate and extending radially from the circumference of the mixing holes.
