Summary:Disclosed are an air conditioner for an electric mobility, and an air conditioning system for an electric mobility. The present invention provides high-temperature air generated through an indoor condenser to an evaporator by using a heat pump, thereby removing a condensate generated in the evaporator after cooling and sterilizing the evaporator. 본 발명에서는 히트펌프를 활용하여 실내 컨덴서를 통해 생성되는 고온의 공기가 증발기에 제공됨으로써, 냉방 이후 증발기에 생성되는 응축수가 제거되고, 증발기가 살균되는 전기 모빌리티용 공조장치 및 이를 이용한 전기 모빌리티용 공조시스템이 소개된다.
