The present invention relates to an epoxy resin composition containing a urethane-based toughening agent and a cured product prepared therefrom. The urethane-based toughening agent according to the present invention has excellent compatibility with an epoxy base resin, and not only effectively increases the mechanical properties and impact resistance of a cured product upon curing, but also improves dimensional stability by exhibiting a low thermal expansion coefficient. The epoxy resin composition according to the present invention comprises an epoxy base resin, a urethane-based toughening agent represented by chemical formula 1, a curing agent, and a curing accelerator. 본 발명은 우레탄계 강인화제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 경화물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 우레탄계 강인화제는 에폭시 베이스 수지와의 상용성이 우수하고, 경화시 경화물의 기계적 물성 및 충격 저항성을 효과적으로 상승시킬 뿐만이 아니라, 낮은 열팽창계수를 나타냄으로써 치수안정성도 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
