Summary:The present invention relates to a three-phase and four-wire phase-to-phase current and leakage current limiting device for flooded electrical equipment which is implemented to limit phase-to-phase current and leakage current between three-phase lines when electrical equipment is flooded so as to reduce current flowing through a human body that comes into contact with leaked electricity, thereby efficiently preventing electric shock accidents. 본 발명은 침수된 전기설비의 3상 4선식 상간전류 및 누설전류 제한장치에 관한 것으로, 전기설비 침수시의 3상 선로간 상간전류 및 누설전류를 제한할 수 있도록 구현하여 누전된 전기에 접촉한 인체에 흐르는 전류를 저감시킬 수 있어 감전 사고를 효율적으로 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
