Summary:The present invention relates to the use of neurotransmitters and RNA as biomarkers for diagnosing depression using brain tissue microdialysis. By using a biomarker composition, a kit, and a method for providing the information necessary for diagnosing depression provided by the present invention, the onset of depression can be determined objectively and accurately, to be widely used to diagnose the onset of various mental illnesses, including depression. 본 발명은 뇌 조직 미세투석을 이용한 우울증 진단 바이오 마커로서의 신경전달물질 및 RNA 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 바이오마커 조성물, 키느 및 우울증 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법을 사용하면, 보다 객관적이고 정확하게 우울증의 발병여부를 판단할 수 있으므로, 우울증을 비롯한 다양한 정신질환의 발병여부 진단에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
