Summary: | The present invention relates to a system for managing the working hours of a welding worker when welding high manganese steel, which includes: a worker interface unit for a welding worker to input welding conditions; a wire consumption measuring unit measuring the amount of welding wire consumed during the welding process in real time; and a system control unit communicating data with at least one of the worker interface unit and the wire consumption measuring unit to estimate the amount of the real-time manganese exposure of the welding worker, and managing the working hours of the welding worker according to the amount of the estimated manganese exposure.
본 발명은 고망간강의 용접 시 용접작업자의 작업시간을 관리하기 위한 용접작업자의 작업시간 관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 용접작업자가가 용접조건을 입력하기 위한 작업자 인터페이스부; 용접과정에서 소모되는 용접와이어량을 실시간으로 계측하는 와이어 소모량 계측부; 및 상기 작업자 인터페이스부 및 상기 와이어 소모량 계측부 중 적어도 하나와 데이터 통신하여 용접작업자의 실시간 망간 노출량을 추정하고, 추정된 망간 노출량에 따라 용접작업자의 작업시간을 관리하는 시스템 제어부를 포함한다. |
