Summary:Provided is a display panel comprising a light emitting element and a transistor electrically connected thereto. The transistor comprises: a gate; a first insulating pattern overlapping the gate, and disposed on a lower side of the gate; a second insulating pattern wherein at least one part is disposed outside of the first insulating pattern in a flat surface; and a semiconductor pattern disposed on a lower side of the first insulating pattern and the second insulating pattern, and overlapping the first insulating pattern and the second insulating pattern.
