The present invention relates to a blockchain smart power transaction system equipped with a mobile power relay device, and more specifically, to a blockchain smart power transaction system equipped with a mobile power relay device, which allows power transactions to be made in connection with a microgrid even outside of a microgrid environment, and is capable of effectively and transparently managing a huge amount of power transaction information, which is generated during power transactions, based on a blockchain technology. According to the present invention, a blockchain smart power transaction system equipped with a mobile power relay device, which is away from an existing centralized power trading method, enables small-scale power transactions to be made in real time between users including small-scale power generation operators, energy storage operators, power consumers, and prosumers within or outside of a microgrid or smart grid and enables transparent and safe electricity transactions using blockchain. According to the present invention, the blockchain smart power transaction system equipped with a mobile power relay device comprises: a microgrid; a mobile power relay device; a power transaction device; a smart power transaction platform; a blockchain network; a management device; and a fee settlement device. 본 발명은 이동식 전력중계장치를 구비한 블록체인 스마트 전력거래시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 마이크로 그리드 환경 외부에서도 마이크로 그리드와 연계하여 전력을 거래할 수 있도록 하고, 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 전력 거래시 발생하는 방대한 전력거래정보를 효과적이고 투명하게 관리할 수 있는 이동식 전력중계장치를 구비한 블록체인 스마트 전력거래시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이동식 전력중계장치를 구비한 블록체인 스마트 전력거래시스템은 기존의 중앙 집중 방식의 전력거래에서 탈피하여 마이크로 그리드 또는 스마트 그리드 내외의 소규모 발전사업자, 에너지저장사업자, 전력소비자, 프로슈머를 포함하는 사용자들 상호간 실시간으로 소규모 전력 거래가 가능하고, 블록체인을 이용하여 투명하고 안전한 전력거래가 가능한 장점이 있다.
