The present invention relates to a system for providing repair and recycling services for broken or waste products which comprises: a user terminal generating and transmitting user registration information and a member registration request signal, and generating and transmitting collection request information for products including an electronic product; a repair server formed to be established in a repair center located in each region, formed to inspect whether or not products collected by region can be repaired and repair the products, and storing information on various parts to be used for repairing the collected products; an operation server connected to the user terminal, the repair server, and a delivery terminal through a network, and formed to enable joining and member registration of the user terminal, and formed to receive collection request information for the products and operate to collect, repair, and resell the products, and at the same time, settle costs incurred during repair and resale; and the delivery terminal, when the collection request information is received from the operation server, formed to collect and deliver the products to the repair server, and deliver resold products. Accordingly, disposal costs can be reduced and carbon emissions generated during product production can be reduced. 본 발명은 사용자의 가입 정보 및 회원 등록 요청 신호를 생성하여 전송하고, 전자제품을 포함하는 물품의 수거 요청 정보를 생성하여 전송하는 사용자 단말; 지역별로 위치하는 수리센터에 구축이 이루어지도록 구성되며, 지역별로 수거된 물품의 수리 가능 여부에 대한 점검 및 수리가 이루어지도록 구성되고, 수거된 물품의 수리에 사용될 각종 부품들에 대한 정보들이 저장되는 수리서버; 상기 사용자 단말 및 수리서버와, 배송자 단말과 각각 네트워크로 연결되며, 상기 사용자 단말의 가입 및 회원 등록이 이루어지도록 구성되고, 상기 물품의 수거 요청 정보를 수신받아 상기 물품의 수거, 수리 및 재판매가 이루어지도록 운용함과 동시에 수리 및 재판매시 발생하는 비용에 대한 정산이 이루어지도록 구성되는 운영서버; 상기 운영서버로부터 수거 요청 정보가 수신되는 경우, 상기 물품을 수거하여 상기 수리서버측으로 배송하고, 재판매가 이루어진 물품의 배송이 이루어지도록 구성되는 배송자 단말;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
