The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for mediating federated learning for preventing data breach. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for mediating federated learning for preventing data breach, performed by the apparatus for mediating federated learning comprises the operations of: verifying the qualifications of at least one data owner terminal or at least one data analyst terminal, and registering identification information of the verified data owner terminal or the verified data analyst terminal in a data owner list or a data analyst list; registering, in a dataset list, dataset information received from the verified data owner terminal; verifying a federated learning performance request received from the data analyst terminal; selecting, from the data owner list, data owner terminals to request participation in federated learning, based on the federated learning performance request; and verifying at least one machine learning result received from the selected data owner terminals, collecting the verified at least one machine learning result, and transmitting the same to the data analyst terminal. Therefore, the method can block the direct connection between federated learning participants, thereby preventing breach of federated learning data and learning resources. 본 개시는 데이터 침해 방지를 위한 연합학습 중개 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 본 개시의 일 측면에 의하면, 연합학습 중개 장치에 의해 수행되는 데이터 침해 방지를 위한 연합학습 중개 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 데이터 소유자 단말 또는 적어도 하나의 데이터 분석가 단말의 자격을 검증하고, 검증된 데이터 소유자 단말 또는 검증된 데이터 분석가 단말의 식별정보를 데이터 소유자 리스트 또는 데이터 분석가 리스트에 등록하는 과정; 상기 검증된 데이터 소유자 단말로부터 수신한 데이터셋 정보를 데이터셋 리스트에 등록하는 과정; 상기 데이터 분석가 단말로부터 수신한 연합학습 수행 요청을 검증하는 과정; 상기 연합학습 수행 요청에 기초하여 상기 데이터 소유자 리스트로부터 연합학습 참여를 요청할 데이터 소유자 단말들을 선정하는 과정; 및 선정된 데이터 소유자 단말로부터 수신한 기계학습 결과를 검증하고, 검증된 적어도 하나의 기계학습 결과를 취합하여 상기 데이터 분석가 단말에 전송하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연합학습 중개 방법을 제공한다.
