Summary:An aerosol generating device is disclosed. The aerosol generating device of the present disclosure may include: a chamber for storing a liquid aerosol generating material; a floating plate located within the chamber and floating on the surface of the liquid aerosol generating material; and a distance sensor adjacent to one side of the chamber and disposed opposite to one side of the floating plate. Therefore, it is possible to accurately determine the remaining amount of aerosol generating material. 에어로졸 생성장치가 개시된다. 본 개시의 에어로졸 생성장치는, 액상 에어로졸 생성 물질을 저장하는 챔버; 상기 챔버 내에 위치하고, 상기 액상 에어로졸 생성 물질의 표면에 부유하는 플로팅 플레이트; 및 상기 챔버의 일 면에 인접하고, 상기 플로팅 플레이트의 일면과 대향하게 배치되는 거리 센서;를 포함할 수 있다.
