A light emitting diode device comprises: a substrate (100) having a substrate surface (100a); an epitaxial structure (20) having an epitaxial surface facing the substrate surface (100a); and a plurality of bridging electrodes (800) provided on the epitaxial surface. The epitaxial structure (20) includes first to third light emitting units (201, 202, 203) which are spaced apart and sequentially arranged on the substrate surface (100a). The projection of the second light emitting unit (202) has a first edge (220), and a second edge (230) which is connected to and perpendicular to the first edge (220). The second light emitting unit (202) has a flat manipulation area (202A) on the epitaxial surface, which is equipped to be pushed by an ejector pin. A length (L2') of the second edge (230) is equal to or greater than a diameter (D) of the manipulation area (202A).
