Summary: | The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide detection device for a total organic carbon analysis system, a total organic carbon analysis system equipped therewith, and a method of manufacturing a porous support, capable of uniformly dispersing carbon dioxide in a detection member when a total organic carbon analysis system detects carbon dioxide using the detection member, improving the detection performance of carbon dioxide, and minimizing a detection error. The carbon dioxide detection device for a total organic carbon analysis system comprises: a barrel member through which the oxidizing gas and carrier gas discharged from a sample oxidation module pass; a light source member that emits infrared rays into the interior of the barrel member; a detection member that detects infrared rays that have passed through the barrel member; an inlet diffusion member that diffuses and receives the oxidizing gas and carrier gas supplied through an inlet part through which the oxidizing gas and carrier gas flow; and an inlet distribution member that divides the inlet diffusion member and the barrel member and is provided with an input distribution hole part for dispersing gas contained in the inlet diffusion member and delivering the gas to the barrel member.
본 발명은 총유기탄소 분석시스템에서 검출부재로 이산화탄소를 검출할 때, 검출부재에 이산화탄소를 균일하게 분산시킬 수 있고, 이산화탄소의 검출 성능을 향상시키고, 검출 오차를 최소화시키기 위한 총유기탄소 분석시스템용 이산화탄소 검출장치와 이것이 구비된 총유기탄소 분석시스템 그리고 다공성 지지체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 총유기탄소 분석시스템용 이산화탄소 검출장치는 시료산화모듈에서 배출되는 산화가스와 캐리어가스가 통과하는 경통부재와, 경통부재의 내부에 적외선을 조사하는 광원부재와, 경통부재를 통과한 적외선을 검출하는 검출부재와, 산화가스와 캐리어가스가 유입되는 인렛부를 통해 공급되는 산화가스와 캐리어가스가 확산 수용되는 인렛확산부재와, 인렛확산부재와 경통부재를 구획하되 인렛확산부재에 수용된 가스를 분산시켜 경통부재에 전달하는 투입분산홀부가 구비된 인렛분산부재를 포함한다. |
