The present invention relates to a disposable dental floss pick, comprising: a U-shaped dental floss fixation part to which dental floss is fixated; a handle part extending from the dental floss fixation part; at least one fitting protrusion or fitting hole formed in the dental floss fixation part or the handle part; and a concave portion adjusting means formed to extend from the dental floss fixation part or the handle part, and having at least one a bending part or a cutting part and at least one fitting protrusion or fitting hole, wherein the concave portion adjusting means is configured to be forcefully fitted into the fitting protrusion or fitting hole formed at the dental floss fixation part or the handle part at a position in which the height of a concave portion is lowered after being bent from the bending part or cut and detached from the cutting part and includes an L-shaped component having a section bent like a bow, thereby adjusting the height of the concave portion of a disposable dental floss pick to prevent or reduce gum damage during flossing. 본 발명은 일회용 치실에 관한 것으로 치실이 고정되는 U자형의 치실고정부, 상기 치실고정부로 부터 연장되는 손잡이부, 상기 치실고정부 또는 손잡이부에 형성되는 적어도 한 개 이상의 끼움돌기 또는 끼움구멍, 상기 치실고정부 또는 손잡이부로 부터 연장되어 형성되되, 적어도 한 개 이상의 절곡부 또는 절취부와, 적어도 한 개 이상의 끼움돌기 또는 끼움구멍을 갖는 요입부조절수단을 포함하되, 상기 요입부조절수단은 절곡부에서 구부리거나 또는 절취부에서 잘라 떼어낸 다음 요입부의 높이를 낮추는 위치에서 상기 치실고정부 또는 손잡이부에 형성되어 있는 끼움돌기 또는 끼움구멍에 억지끼움되도록 구성하고 요입부조절수단은 활처럼 휘어진 구간을 갖는 ㄱ자형의 구성부분을 포함함으로써, 일회용 치실의 요입부의 높이를 조절할 수 있게 하여 치실질 도중의 잇몸손상을 방지하거나 줄여주는 효과가 있다.
